Site Civil Design Highlights
Community Hospital Campus Development
NorthShore University HealthSystems embarked upon a complete rehabilitation of their Skokie Hospital Campus and their Highland Park Hospital Campus. We worked on the planning and design team to provide comprehensive civil engineering design for all site improvements. This included stormwater management enhancements to fulfill current regulatory requirements, along with massive utility and infrastructure design to supply the hospitals with upgraded utilities and conduits to support a modern hospital environment. Additionally, traditional site improvements such as walk system upgrades to accordance with ADA requirements along with parking lots, sewer and water distribution systems, and traffic signalization installation for safety enhancements.
