Design, Construction, and Project Management
Design Services and/or Construction Oversight and project management for $6.8MM in water main improvements for the Village of Palatine. This work included 17,000 lineal feet of water main along with roadway patching, utility conflict resolution, and restoration of public right-of-way.
Construction Oversight and Project Management
A $11.4MM road reconstruction and road resurfacing project for the Village of Arlington Heights. This work included 17.5 miles of road reconstruction/resurfacing along with associated sidewalks, curbs, driveways, utility conflict resolution, and restoration of public right-of-way.
Hurricane Ian Damage Assessment, Permitting, and Restoration Design for Hilton Grand Vacations
This work began as a forensic documentation effort with the immediate dispatch of damage assessment and survey crews. Due to our comprehensive understanding of the site damage issues, this project evolved into an engineering design and permitting process to restore beach frontage, dune walkovers, and site improvements for 5 luxury Hilton Grand Vacation resort properties. This work also included our regulatory guidance and permitting coordination through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
